New Year's Eve Midnight Fireworks Saturday, December 31 at Midnight Welcome in 2012 with Chicago’s only lakefront fireworks show on New Year's Eve. Located in Winter WonderFest Bring your camera and meet all the lively costumed characters strolling throughout Winter WonderFest. *Character appearances and times vary.
Bah Humbug Court Doug and Eddie, the Winter WonderForce holiday cops, are continually on the watch to issue tickets to unsuspecting guests for exhibiting "Un-holiday like behavior". You can protest your tickets in front of the Honorable Mayor Evergreen in this all-ages courtroom. *Courtroom times vary. Navy Pier presents a spectacular all-ages showcase of dance and live music at the Winter Wonderstage featuring world-class breakdancing and footworking by The Chicago FootworKINGz, Full Effect Entertainment and Boyz of Poison; funk music by Get Up with the Get Downs; cheerleader-style dancing by Cheerobix and go-go dancing by your favorite Winter WonderFest costumed characters. The celebration culminates with a special 8:15pm Family Fireworks show outside on Dock Street.
